THE MLAB5G PROJECT OF THE DUALIZA 2022-2023 CALL FOR PROPOSALS STARTS UP IN SOMORROSTRO

Last February, the students of the 2nd year of the Telecommunications and Computer Systems higher degree began to fit out the interior of the van that was acquired by the Somorrostro training centre to convert it into a mobile laboratory for 5G technology..

This van will have a new life and will be used to offer training on 5G technology to students of different levels and from different parts of the country.

In parallel to this, work has been carried out on the exterior design, coming up with different proposals on how the exterior can be painted and decorated.

The students of the 1st year of Telecommunications and Computer Systems are currently receiving training from the teaching staff on how mobile phone networks work, in order to soon advance in the knowledge of 5G technology and to be able to work with the equipment that will be installed in the laboratory.

This project is part of the 22/23 Dualiza Bankia and FP Empresa call for proposals, the aim of which is to promote vocational training projects in educational centres that involve the collaboration of companies. Innovation, impact on the territory, sustainability and transferability of the knowledge generated by the project are valued. If you have a project, do not hesitate to submit it.
