Hiring aids for companies: LEHEN AUKERA 2025 Program

Lanbide-Basque Employment Service has approved the Lehen Aukera 2025 call for applications for the hiring of unemployed young people under 30 years of age in companies with work centers in the Basque Country, Lehen Aukera Program.

These grants are aimed at companies for the hiring of unemployed persons under 30 years of age. Training contracts (full or part-time of no less than 70%) of at least 6 months’ duration, the purpose of which is the performance of jobs in work centers located in the Basque Country, signed with young people who, on the date of commencement of the contract, meet the conditions set out in article 5 of the decree, may be subsidized under this call for applications.

Beneficiary companies:

Private companies, whatever their legal form, individual entrepreneurs, communities of property and civil societies, as well as Associations and Foundations, which comply with the general conditions outlined in article 17, in addition to the following requirements, may be beneficiaries of the subsidies for the execution of indefinite-term contracts and/or training contracts for obtaining professional practice provided for in this call:

a) Have its registered office and tax domicile in the Basque Autonomous Community or a work center located in the Basque Autonomous Community.

b) Not be owned directly or indirectly by more than 50% by one or more Public Administrations.

To have communicated to the Legal Representation of Workers (RLT) of the company, the intention to contract under the protection of this call, indicating the type of contract, the duration of the contract and the position to be occupied. The company must expressly state in the application whether or not it has a RLT.

 

Requirements for young people hired under this call for proposals.

1.- This call is aimed at hiring young people, over 16 years of age and under 30 years of age, who meet the following requirements:
a) Be registered and registered as a job seeker in the corresponding public service and unemployed on the day prior to the start date of the contract.
b) Be in possession of any of the degrees or certificates included in this point:
– Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering, Architecture or Master’s Degree-Bologna Plan.
– University Diploma, Technical Engineering, Technical Architecture or University Degree-Bologna Plan.
– Higher or Intermediate Technician of regulated Vocational Training, of the specific vocational training, being equivalent to the previous ones the titles of Assistant Technician (FP1) and Specialist Technician (FP2).
– Other qualifications officially recognized as equivalent to the above.
– Certificate of professionalism.
c) Have a maximum work experience of 6 months in jobs related to their degree or professional certificate.
