These recognitions of the Basque Government are achieved by those companies, education centers, health centers and other organizations in the Basque Country that demonstrate a certain level of development or progress in their management practices. EUSKALIT is the entity in charge of the administration of these awards.

The purpose of these awards is twofold:

  • Identify the most advanced organizations in management so that they can serve as a stimulus and reference for others.
  • Publicly recognize the effort made by these organizations and the degree of progress they have achieved in their management.

The analysis of the organizations is carried out by teams of people from the EUSKALIT Evaluation Club, which is made up of nearly 2,000 people, mostly in management or executive positions, who collaborate altruistically with EUSKALIT by sharing their knowledge and experience in management.
