Next March, the Somorrostro Training Centre in collaboration with the company INGETEAM CONVERTERS in Ortuella, will launch a new training programme with recruitment commitment:
“Electromechanical assembly of high power converters”
A training itinerary of 220 hours will be offered for 12 unemployed people who are registered in Lanbide – Basque Employment Service.
The course will start on 11th March and will run until 24th May, from 9:00 to 14:00. The course will be held at the Ingeteam Power Technology facilities in the Abra Industrial Business Park in Ortuella.
Upon completion of the training, all participants will receive a diploma issued by the Somorrostro Training Centre. Subsequently, the company will hire at least 50% of the trainees for a period of at least 6 months.
Initial student profile:
-People registered in Lanbide, unemployed or in a situation of improving their employment.
-Previous training:
-Graduate in ESO or equivalent.
-Level 1 Certificate of Professionalism of the ELE family – Electricity and electronics (areas ELEQ and ELES).
-Level 2 Certificate of Professionalism
-Basic Vocational Training
-Middle or Higher Level Training Courses
-People registered in any of the municipalities of the collaborating entities.
