The 3R GAZTEA PROGRAMME, a project of the Provincial Council of Bizkaia, is a comprehensive programme of orientation, activation and labour integration of young people up to 30 years of age. The priority objective of the Department of Employment, Social Inclusion and Equality in the field of employment is to achieve the labour integration of unemployed people, and at the same time to promote the incorporation of diverse talent in the companies of Bizkaia. This is the second year that Somorrostro is actively participating in this programme. Our colleagues Mikel Zulueta and Cristina Bueso are the people involved in it.

Once the first phases of the project were completed at the centre, the intermediation and job placement phase began through the CAE (Centro de Acceso al Empleo – Employment Access Centre). After the first month of work in the project, 90% of the participants have already found employment.

Among the companies that have selected trainees are Avia Energías, who has selected our former student Goretti for an administrative position, Versia, which has taken on Ibai Hernández, Euskalforging, which has hired Endika López and Manufacturas Eléctricas. SAU. which has selected Goizeder.
