Please find below the calendar for the application for admission, publication of admission lists and enrolment in Vocational Training (Basic, Intermediate and Higher VET) for the next academic year 2024/2025.
CALENDAR:
- Submission of the application for admission (FIRST COURSE): From 6 to 24 May. It can also be done online until 24 May.
To be attended most adequately during this period, it is necessary to make an APPOINTMENT in advance by clicking here.
- Submission of documentation: Until June 28th.
- Publication of the provisional list of admitted, non-admitted and excluded applications: 5 July
- Presentation of claims against the provisional lists: Until 10 July at 12:00 noon
- Publication of the definitive lists of admitted, non-admitted and excluded applications: 11 July
- Formalisation of enrolment (FIRST COURSE) :
Ordinary period:
Phase I: From 11 to 15 July at 2 p.m.
Phase II: 17th July
Phase III: From 19 to 22 July
Extraordinary period:
27 and 28 July and from 1 September to 13 October
THE PROCEDURES TO BE CARRIED OUT IN AN EDUCATIONAL CENTRE MUST BE DONE DURING THE OPENING HOURS OF THE CENTRE’S SECRETARY’S OFFICE.
DOCUMENTATION TO BE SUBMITTED WITH PRE-REGISTRATION
According to the ORDER of 26 April 2024, of the Regional Minister of Education, which establishes the common calendar for the submission of applications, admission deadlines and enrolment for the 2024-2025 academic year.
Fifth provision: Documentation to be attached to the application
1.– All applicants must present, by the deadline, a document proving the identity and age of the student.
– Valid DNI or NIE. It will not be necessary to provide it if the procedure is carried out online and the document is validated by the identity data consultation service.
– If at the time of submitting the application the pupil is a minor and is not legally emancipated, the application shall be submitted by the father, mother or person or entity guardian of the pupil and in this case, family book or document proving their status.
2.– Those who have chosen the option of admission by the disability reserve or high-level or high-performance athlete reserve in their application, must present, in addition to the document mentioned in the previous point, the following documents:
a) In the case of reservation due to disability: certificate issued by the Department of Social Services of the Provincial Council of the corresponding historical territory or equivalent body of the competent public administration, stating the legal recognition of the disability of the person concerned with a degree of disability equal to or greater than 33 %. In addition, if access to these places is gained without being registered in the register of specific educational support needs (NEAE) of the Department of Education, an official certificate accrediting the disability.b) In the case of a reservation for being a high-level or high-performance sportsperson: the official declaration in accordance with the applicable regulations in each of the cases that accredits this condition.
3.– In addition to paragraph 1, the following documentation shall be submitted:
a) For Professional Certificates (Grades C).
– If the access route is an official academic qualification: qualification claimed for access, or accreditation of having paid the fee for its issue. If, due to the date of completion of the studies, it is not possible to present either of the two aforementioned documents, compliance with the requirement may be accredited with the certification of the academic record corresponding to the qualification if accessing from ESO or baccalaureate, or official academic certification in the case of accessing from a vocational training qualification.
–If the access route is a certificate of professionalism, a document accrediting that it has been obtained.
– If the access route is a certificate of competence included in the offer to be made, a document accrediting that it has been obtained.
–In the case that the access route is the passing of the specific preparatory training course for access to training cycles: official certification of the final grade of the course.
–If the access route is the passing of the entrance exam to training cycles or the passing of the university entrance exam for over 25 and/or 45-year-olds: official certification of the final mark of the exam, (it will not be necessary to present the certification of the entrance exam to training cycles, if this has been taken and passed in 2013/2014 and following years in the Basque Autonomous Community. However, those who have passed this test in any other autonomous community, as well as those who passed it in the ACBC in previous years, must submit the certificate within the period indicated in the calendar corresponding to the type of education).
– To accredit the necessary key competences according to Annex IV of Royal Decree 34/2008, of 18 January, accreditation of the same through the corresponding document.
b) For basic training cycles, educational reinforcement itinerary in initial vocational training:
–Guidance advice from the teaching team with the proposal to incorporate the student into a basic-level training cycle.
–Certificate of studies from the centre of the last year completed, in those cases in which they have not completed them in the Basque Autonomous Community. Students between 15 and 18 years of age who have not been enrolled in the Spanish education system will be exempt from submitting this documentation.
c) For basic-level training cycles with adapted learning pathways for students with special educational needs (SEN), 3-year pathway:
–Guidance advice from the teaching team with the proposal to incorporate the pupil into a basic level training cycle with a 3-year itinerary.
– Certificate of studies from the centre of the last year completed, in those cases in which they have not completed them in the Basque Autonomous Community.
d)For basic level training cycles with adapted learning itineraries for people with special training or labour integration difficulties, 3-year itinerary aimed at students over 16 years of age, no academic documentation will be required.
e)For intermediate or higher-level training cycles, depending on the access route used, the documents to be submitted are as follows:
–If the access route is an official academic qualification: qualification claimed for access, or accreditation of having paid the fee for its issue. If, due to the date of completion of the studies, it is not possible to present either of the two aforementioned documents, compliance with the requirement may be accredited with the certification of the academic record corresponding to the qualification if access is from ESO or baccalaureate, or official academic certification in the case of access from a vocational training qualification.
– If the access route is to have passed a training offer of Grade C included in the training cycles to which access is sought: document accrediting having obtained it.
– If the access route is the passing of the specific preparatory training course for access to training cycles: official certification of the final grade of the course.
–In the case that the access route is the passing of the entrance exam to training cycles or the passing of the university entrance exam for over 25 and/or 45 year olds: official certification of the final mark of the exam, (it will not be necessary to present the certification of the entrance exam to training cycles, if this has been carried out and passed in 2013/2014 and following years in the Basque Autonomous Community. However, those who have passed this test in any other Autonomous Community, as well as those who passed it in the ACBC in previous years, must submit the certificate within the period indicated in the calendar corresponding to the type of education).
– If the access route is by passing subjects or subjects: official academic certification.
– In the case of students who have studied abroad and whose qualifications are pending homologation, a conditional enrolment form with proof of having paid the corresponding fee.
f) For specialisation courses: given that the access route is the qualifying qualification for each course, the documentation to be presented is the qualification claimed for access, or accreditation of having paid the fee for its issue. If, due to the date of completion of the studies, it is not possible to present either of the two aforementioned documents, the degree must be accredited with the official academic certification.
– In the case of the experience to be accredited, it will be necessary to present a document accrediting the experience, employment record, employment contract, or equivalent document.
g) For virtual courses, new students must provide documentation accrediting that they are registered in the Basque Autonomous Community, as well as an official academic certificate accrediting that they have passed the training modules and/or a certificate of accreditation of competences with the UC accredited.
4.– For the reservations, preferences or priorities to which one may be entitled, according to the criteria of preference and priority for the awarding contemplated in the annex corresponding to the education requested, the documentation that accredits it must be presented, except in those cases where the administration has it at its disposal.
5.– Provided that compliance with the requirements for access to the courses is accredited, failure to present any of the documents that give the right to reserve, preference or priority does not invalidate the validity of the application but will result in the loss of the priority that may have corresponded to it and the loss of the right to reserve, if there is one. In these situations, access to the award will be through the corresponding access route in the general quota.
