Last Wednesday, 30 April, our school hosted a new session of the AWS Tech Talent Arena 2025 challenge, in which our 1st year SMR2 students took part along with 60 students from the Salesianos and San Valero schools in Zaragoza.

This transformative project, promoted by AWS (Amazon Web Services) and backed by companies such as GFT Technologies, Digital Hand Made and EON Transformación, is supported by CaixaBank Dualiza and the FP Empresa Association. The aim is for the students of the IT Degree to develop their technical skills through training and technological challenges that will culminate on 29 May with a great Technological Gymkana in Zaragoza.

During this second face-to-face training, the students performed tests such as:

• • • Installation of an operating system via bootable USB
    • Connectivity of computers to the network
    • Switch configuration: change of credentials, SSH and serial port access, factory reset and creation of VLANs

An experience full of learning, collaboration and real challenges that prepares students for the final competition and the world of work in the ICT sector.
