Finances for life: playing games is the best way to learn

Students in the first year of the Foundation Degree in all specialities have taken part in the ‘Finances for Life’ programme, a Kutxabank initiative that seeks to improve the financial education of young people through an innovative simulation game.

Over two dynamic sessions, our students worked on key skills such as mathematics, technology, and linguistic communication, as well as acquiring fundamental skills for managing their own finances. 💳💡

Through this practical approach, they have reflected on essential concepts such as indebtedness, saving and making responsible economic decisions, better understanding the importance of managing their resources wisely. In addition, this activity has reinforced transversal skills aligned with the Heziberri educational model, such as critical thinking, communication and coexistence.

Without a doubt, an enriching experience that will help them face their future with greater financial security and autonomy. Learning to manage money well is key to life! 🔑💶
